MONTHLY SERVICE

Advertising management is a recurring monthly service.

Service fees are billed monthly in advance according to the selected management package.

Each monthly service period includes the management activities described in the selected package.

Services are provided according to the agreed scope and active billing period.

ADVERTISING BUDGET

Advertising budgets are not included in our management fees.

Clients are responsible for paying their advertising expenses directly to Meta or Google.

Our standard packages are intended for small advertising accounts with monthly advertising budgets of up to $1,500 per platform.

Larger advertising budgets or additional campaign management requirements may require a personalized quotation.

CAMPAIGN SETUP

Monthly advertising management packages do not include initial campaign setup or launch.

Clients must have active, properly configured advertising campaigns or purchase our Campaign Setup & Launch service separately.

ADVERTISING ACCOUNTS

Advertising accounts and payment methods must remain under the client's ownership and control.

Isla Production requires appropriate permissions to access and manage the client's advertising campaigns.

Clients are responsible for maintaining active advertising accounts and resolving billing or account verification issues.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Clients must provide accurate business information, approved advertising materials, website links, and relevant marketing objectives.

Advertising content and business claims must comply with the applicable policies of Meta and Google.

Clients are responsible for approving any required changes to campaign budgets or advertising materials.

CONTENT CREATION

Professional photography, video production, graphic design, copywriting for new campaigns, and landing page development are not automatically included.

These services may be contracted separately.

PERFORMANCE & RESULTS

Advertising results depend on several factors, including market competition, advertising budget, audience behavior, website performance, and campaign quality.

Isla Production provides professional advertising management, monitoring, and optimization services.

Specific sales, leads, conversion rates, revenue, or advertising results cannot be guaranteed.

CANCELLATION & RENEWAL

Monthly advertising management services may be discontinued before the next billing period, according to the agreed service terms.

Cancellation of the management service does not automatically cancel the client's advertising campaigns or advertising expenses.

The client retains ownership and control of their advertising accounts.

CUSTOM ADVERTISING MANAGEMENT

Complex campaigns, multiple advertising accounts, extensive campaign management, advanced analytics, and specialized advertising strategies require a personalized quotation.
