A small-group, all-inclusive photography tour through some of Northern Arizona’s most iconic landscapes. Four days built around sunrise and sunset shoots, smooth logistics, and plenty of time in each location—so you can focus on making strong images. You’ll have on-location photo guidance to help you get the best angle, timing, and settings without turning the trip into a classroom.

What’s Included (All-Inclusive)

  • Lodging (Airbnb in Page, AZ)

  • Transportation (private van for the full tour)

  • All meals: breakfast + lunch + dinner

  • Drinks + snacks throughout the day

  • Antelope Canyon entry/tour (operator policies apply)

  • On-location photo guidance
    (best viewpoints, timing, suggested settings, help with composition/tripod in the moment)

 

What We’ll Do

This tour is designed around the best light of the day. At each stop you’ll have time to explore different angles, work your scene, and shoot without rushing. I’ll be with the group in the field to help you maximize each location with simple, practical guidance.

On-site support includes:

  • viewpoint and framing suggestions

  • exposure guidance based on real conditions (fast + simple)

  • help with focus, stability, and tripod setup

  • quick composition tips to strengthen your images

This is a photo tour: the focus is shooting on location with guidance in the moment (not classroom-style instruction).

Does it include flights?
No. Departure point is Phoenix.

Is Antelope Canyon included?
Yes—entry/tour is included. Rules vary by operator.

Booking & Payment Policy

  • Tour Dates: April 15–18, 2026

  • Price: $1,700 per person

  • Spots: Only 5 photographers

To reserve your spot:

  • Deposit: $600 (non-refundable) due at booking.

  • Remaining balance: due 30 days before departure.

  • A spot is not guaranteed until the deposit is received and the booking agreement is signed.

Accepted payments: Zelle, bank transfer, or card (if card payments apply, processing fees may be added).


Cancellation Policy

Because we secure lodging, transportation, and tours in advance, the following cancellation terms apply:

  • Deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • If you cancel 30+ days before departure, you may receive a refund of payments made beyond the deposit, minus any non-recoverable costs already paid (lodging, tours, permits, transportation).

  • If you cancel within 29 days of departure, no refunds will be issued.

No-shows and early departures are non-refundable.

You may transfer your spot to another person (see “Transfer Policy”) with written approval.


Transfer Policy (Name Change)

You may transfer your booking to another person if:

  • You notify us in writing at least 7 days before departure, and

  • The new participant completes the required forms and agrees to all policies.

A transfer/admin fee may apply if there are tour operator name-change fees (e.g., Antelope Canyon).


Weather, Safety & Itinerary Changes

This is a photography tour based on natural conditions. We reserve the right to adjust:

  • shooting times (sunrise/sunset),

  • locations,

  • and daily flow

due to weather, safety risks, closures, crowding, road conditions, or operator availability.

If a location becomes unavailable, we will substitute an alternative that offers strong photographic opportunities. No refunds are provided for itinerary changes made for safety or operational reasons.


Antelope Canyon Policy

Antelope Canyon access is provided through an authorized operator. Rules may include restrictions on:

  • tripods/monopods,

  • bags,

  • movement/time in the canyon,

  • and camera use (depending on the tour type).

By booking, you agree to follow all operator rules. If an operator cancels or changes access due to circumstances outside our control, we will provide a comparable alternative whenever possible. Refunds are limited to recoverable amounts from the operator (if any).


Travel & Arrival Policy

  • This tour does not include flights.

  • The departure point is Phoenix (North Phoenix area). Exact meet-up details are provided to registered participants.

  • Participants are responsible for arriving on time to the meet-up location. Delays that cause missed activities are the participant’s responsibility.


Health, Fitness & Participation Requirements

This tour includes early mornings, uneven terrain, and moderate walking. You should be able to:

  • walk on sand/rock,

  • stand for extended periods,

  • and manage early start times.

If you have mobility concerns or medical conditions that could affect participation, please notify us before booking.


Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk

Outdoor photography involves inherent risks (uneven terrain, cliffs/edges, heat/cold, wildlife, travel by vehicle). All participants must sign a liability waiver and agree to follow safety instructions at all times.

Failure to follow safety instructions may result in removal from the tour without refund.


Photo & Video Release

We may capture behind-the-scenes photos or short video clips during the tour for promotional use. By booking, you grant permission for your likeness to be used unless you opt out in writing before the tour begins.


Meals & Dietary Restrictions

All meals are included. Please provide dietary restrictions at least 14 days before departure. We will do our best to accommodate common restrictions, but we cannot guarantee accommodation for all allergies or preferences.


Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to: severe weather, natural disasters, road closures, government restrictions, public health emergencies, or tour operator cancellations.

Refunds, if any, are limited to amounts we are able to recover from suppliers.
