IMPORTANT INFORMATION

CLIENT-PROVIDED FOOTAGE

All standard editing packages require clients to provide their original video files.

Footage may be recorded using professional cameras, smartphones, or other recording devices.

Clients are responsible for providing accessible, properly organized media files.

Files may be transferred through Google Drive, Dropbox, or another approved file-sharing service.

The amount of raw footage included in each package is specified in the package description.

Additional footage review or extensive media organization may result in additional charges.

VIDEO QUALITY

Final video quality depends partly on the resolution, lighting, focus, audio quality, and technical condition of the original footage.

Isla Production will apply appropriate editing and enhancement techniques according to the selected package.

However, severely blurred footage, missing details, damaged files, and poor-quality audio cannot always be fully restored.

Advanced restoration services may require an additional fee.

CREATIVE DIRECTION & EDITING

Clients must provide a brief description of their desired video style, purpose, and intended audience.

Reference videos, brand guidelines, logos, fonts, and preferred music may be submitted when available.

Creative editing is performed according to the selected package and approved project scope.

Extensive changes to the original creative direction may require additional fees.

EDITING & REVISIONS

Each package includes the specified number of revisions.

Revision rounds cover reasonable adjustments to the original editing instructions.

Additional revisions, major structural changes, extensive re-editing, or requests outside the agreed scope may require additional charges.

MUSIC & COPYRIGHT

Clients are responsible for ensuring that any footage, music, photographs, graphics, or other third-party materials they provide are properly licensed for their intended use.

Music included by Isla Production will be selected according to the applicable licensing conditions.

Commercial music licensing, copyrighted songs, premium stock media, and specialized third-party assets are not included unless separately agreed.

DELIVERY

Final videos are delivered digitally in high-quality MP4 format unless otherwise agreed.

Standard short-form videos are delivered in vertical format (9:16).

Additional horizontal, square, or platform-specific versions may be requested for an additional fee.

Delivery timelines begin after receipt of all required footage, project instructions, and client materials.

PRODUCTION EXCLUSIONS

Video editing and post-production packages do not include professional filming, camera operators, studio rentals, actors, voice-over talent, or on-location production.

Social media management, content publishing, advertising campaign management, and paid advertising costs are not included.

These services may be contracted separately.

CUSTOM PROJECTS

Complex editing projects, long-form audiovisual content, documentary post-production, multicamera productions, advanced visual effects, and specialized editing requirements are available through personalized quotations.
