Filming dates, locations, and production schedules are subject to availability and must be confirmed with Isla Production.

Production time includes equipment setup, filming, technical adjustments, and breakdown.

Additional filming sessions, locations, specialized equipment, and production personnel may result in additional charges.

EDUCATIONAL CONTENT REQUIREMENTS

Clients are responsible for preparing and providing their educational materials before production.

Required materials may include:

• Supporting documents

All educational content must be reviewed and approved by the client before filming.

Isla Production provides audiovisual production services and does not automatically include academic research, curriculum development, instructional design, or educational content validation.

These services may be contracted separately.

INSTRUCTOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Instructors and presenters must arrive prepared for their scheduled recording sessions.

Clients are responsible for the accuracy, originality, and appropriateness of their educational content.

Changes to the lesson structure after filming that require additional recording or extensive editing may result in additional charges.

EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS & COPYRIGHT

Clients must own or have the necessary rights and permissions to use any educational materials provided for production.

This includes presentations, graphics, photographs, videos, music, documents, and third-party educational resources.

Clients are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions associated with their instructional content.

EDITING & REVISIONS

Each package includes the specified editing services and revision allowance.

Standard educational video editing includes footage selection, removal of significant recording interruptions, audio optimization, color correction, and basic visual presentation.

Advanced animations, detailed screen demonstrations, extensive slide redesign, and major structural changes are not included unless specifically contracted.

Standard subtitles, where included, must be reviewed by the client for specialized terminology and content accuracy.

DELIVERY

Final videos are delivered digitally in high-quality horizontal format (16:9).

Standard video files are suitable for uploading to compatible online learning platforms and video hosting services.

Delivery timelines begin after filming and receipt of all required materials.

Specialized file specifications, interactive formats, and platform-specific technical requirements may require additional services.
