PRODUCTION & SCHEDULING

All packages include professional filming and editing according to the selected package.

Filming dates and locations are subject to availability and confirmation by Isla Production.

Production time includes equipment setup, filming, technical adjustments, and breakdown.

Additional production requirements may result in additional fees.

INTERVIEW PREPARATION

Clients must provide the main interview topic, purpose, and relevant background information before production.

Interviewees must be available and prepared at the scheduled filming time.

Basic interview planning and on-camera guidance are included according to the selected package.

Extensive research, scriptwriting, professional interview hosting, and specialized content development are not included unless separately contracted.

PARTICIPANT CONSENT

Clients are responsible for coordinating interview participants and obtaining the necessary permissions for recording and intended video use.

Written appearance and recording releases may be required before production or publication.

EDITING & REVISIONS

Each package includes the specified editing services and revision allowance.

Standard editing includes footage selection, audio optimization, color correction, and preparation of the final video.

Major creative changes, extensive restructuring, additional filming, or requests outside the agreed scope may require additional fees.

DELIVERY

Final videos are delivered digitally in high quality.

Main interviews and testimonials are delivered in horizontal format (16:9).

Included promotional reels are delivered in vertical format (9:16).

Delivery timelines begin after filming and receipt of all required client materials.

ADDITIONAL COSTS & USAGE

Studio rentals, location permits, travel, specialized equipment, and additional production personnel are not included unless specifically agreed.

Social media management, publishing, advertising campaign management, and paid advertising costs are not included.

Music and third-party materials are subject to applicable licensing requirements.

CUSTOM PRODUCTIONS
