IMPORTANT INFORMATION

EVENT BOOKING & SCHEDULING

All packages include professional video coverage and editing according to the selected package.

Event dates, locations, and coverage schedules are subject to availability and must be confirmed with Isla Production.

Coverage time begins at the agreed event coverage start time. Necessary equipment setup and breakdown must be coordinated within the booked production schedule.

Additional coverage beyond the contracted time may result in additional charges.

EVENT INFORMATION

Clients must provide the event date, location, schedule, and relevant production details before the scheduled coverage.

A list of important activities, speakers, performances, or moments to prioritize should be provided in advance.

Isla Production will make reasonable efforts to capture the agreed key moments within the contracted coverage time.

Specific shots cannot be guaranteed when affected by event schedules, venue restrictions, lighting conditions, access limitations, or circumstances outside our control.

VIDEO COVERAGE & DELIVERABLES

Our standard event packages focus on capturing event highlights and creating professionally edited recap videos.

Full event recordings are not automatically included.

Continuous recording of conferences, presentations, speeches, performances, ceremonies, or complete event programs requires a separate production agreement.

Specialized audio recording, additional camera operators, multicamera coverage, and other technical requirements may involve additional fees.

VENUE ACCESS & PERMISSIONS

Clients are responsible for arranging appropriate filming access and obtaining necessary venue permissions.

Venue restrictions, security requirements, filming permits, and other limitations must be communicated before production.

Clients are responsible for arranging any required permissions or notices relating to event participants and intended video use.

ADDITIONAL PRODUCTION COSTS

Additional filming locations, travel, specialized equipment, production personnel, venue fees, and other expenses are not included unless specifically stated in the agreed production scope.

Additional costs must be discussed and approved before production.

EDITING & REVISIONS

Each package includes the editing services and revision allowance specified in its description.

Standard editing includes footage selection, basic audio optimization, color correction, music integration, and preparation of the final video.

Major creative changes, extensive restructuring, advanced visual effects, or additional revision requests may require extra fees.

DELIVERY

Final videos are delivered digitally in high quality.

Main event highlights are delivered in horizontal format (16:9), except for the STARTER package, which includes one vertical video (9:16).

Promotional reels are delivered in vertical format (9:16).

Delivery timelines begin after the event and receipt of all required client materials.

MUSIC & USAGE

Background music is subject to applicable licensing restrictions.

Clients must provide any logos, brand materials, or other audiovisual assets required for the production.

Social media management, publishing, advertising campaign management, and paid advertising costs are not included.

CUSTOM EVENT PRODUCTIONS

Large-scale conferences, multiday events, concerts, live streaming, weddings, and productions requiring multiple camera operators or specialized technical coordination are available through personalized quotations.
