IMPORTANT INFORMATION

PRODUCTION & SCHEDULING

All packages include professional filming and editing according to the selected package.

Recording dates and locations are subject to availability and must be confirmed with Isla Production before production begins.

Production session time includes equipment setup, recording, necessary adjustments, and breakdown.

All standard packages are designed for a maximum of two on-camera participants.

Additional participants, camera angles, specialized audio equipment, or complex recording requirements may require a custom quote.

RECORDING LOCATION

Production may take place at an approved filming location with suitable space, lighting, and sound conditions.

Podcast studio rental is not included unless specifically stated in the agreed package.

Location fees, additional travel, specialized sets, and external studio rentals may result in additional charges.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Clients are responsible for preparing their podcast topics, questions, interview structure, and guest arrangements.

Guests must arrive at the agreed recording time.

Clients must provide their brand logo, introductory materials, and other necessary visual assets before post-production begins.

Scriptwriting, guest research, guest booking, and extensive content development are not included unless separately contracted.

EDITING & REVISIONS

Each package includes the specified editing services and revision allowance.

Standard editing includes camera synchronization, basic audio optimization, color correction, removal of significant recording interruptions, and preparation of the final video.

Extensive restructuring, detailed removal of filler words, advanced sound restoration, additional graphics, or major creative changes may require additional fees.

DELIVERY

Final podcast episodes are delivered digitally in high-quality horizontal format (16:9).

Promotional reels are delivered in vertical format (9:16).

Delivery timelines begin after recording and receipt of all required client materials.

DISTRIBUTION & PUBLISHING

Final video files are prepared for platforms such as YouTube, Spotify Video, and other compatible digital platforms.

Podcast hosting, platform subscriptions, publishing, episode uploads, social media management, and advertising campaign management are not included.

Music and third-party materials are subject to applicable licensing requirements.

CUSTOM PROJECTS

Additional recording sessions, complex multicamera productions, live streaming, specialized sets, and long-term podcast series are available through personalized quotations.
