Our event photography service is designed to capture the energy, emotion, details, guests, and meaningful moments of your event. This service is perfect for birthdays, community events, business events, brand activations, conferences, private celebrations, networking events, and special occasions.

Essential Package – $700
Perfect for small events, community activities, birthdays, business gatherings, or short celebrations.

Includes:
• Up to 2 hours of event coverage
• 1 photographer
• 60+ professionally edited digital photos
• Event details, guests, candid moments, and key highlights
• Online gallery
• Digital delivery within 10–15 business days

Standard Package – $1,200
Perfect for medium-sized events that need more complete coverage.

Includes:
• Up to 4 hours of event coverage
• 1 photographer
• 120+ professionally edited digital photos
• Details, guests, candid moments, group photos, atmosphere, and key moments
• Online gallery
• Digital delivery within 15–20 business days

Premium Package – $1,800
Perfect for larger events or clients who want full storytelling coverage.

Includes:
• Up to 6 hours of event coverage
• 1 photographer
• 200+ professionally edited digital photos
• Full event storytelling: details, guests, candid moments, portraits, atmosphere, highlights, and special moments
• Online gallery
• Digital delivery within 20–25 business days

Add-ons available:
• Additional hour: $200
• Second photographer: starting at $300
• Short recap video: starting at $500
• Social media reel: starting at $250
• Rush delivery: starting at $150
• Travel fee may apply outside the Phoenix area

Booking & Payment Policy:
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your event date. The remaining 50% balance is due upon delivery of the final product. Date changes are subject to availability and require a $50 rescheduling fee.
