LOCATION & TRAVEL
Travel within 20 miles of our Phoenix studio is included.
Travel fees for locations beyond 20 miles are calculated based on distance:
• Within 20 miles — Included
• 21–40 miles — $50
• 41–60 miles — $100
• 61–100 miles — $175
• Over 100 miles — Custom quote required
Parking fees, venue admission fees, photography permits, credentials, and other location-related expenses are not included and are the client's responsibility when applicable.

BOOKING & PAYMENT POLICY
A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your session or event date.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than the day of the session or event.
After booking, we will contact you to confirm the final date, time, location, number of athletes, team or event details, and any special requests.
Client-requested date changes are subject to availability and may require a $50 rescheduling fee.
All final images are delivered digitally through a private online gallery.
